As Park DuValle Community Health Center prepares for tomorrow’s first annual black tie affair, The Legacy Gala with Regina Belle and Keith Washington, let’s take a look back at the centers grand opening ceremony in Eminence, KY.

Park DuValle, under the leadership of Dr. Swannie Jett, is excited for expansion into the Eminence community and sees this as an opportunity to continue the centers legacy in the region.

“The health and wellness of the Eminence community is in need of a center they can rely on, and this center is aimed at specifically providing adult health, pediatrics, behavioral health, women’s health, and dental services to a community that is in need,” states Dr. Swannie Jett.

The new center in located at 500 W. Broadway in Eminence, KY.
