The Legacy Fundraising Gala is a fundraising event organized by Park DuValle Community Health Center to benefit the Dr. Harvey I. Sloane Patient Assistance Fund. This evening of elegance and philanthropy promises to be a memorable experience, with live entertainment, a gourmet dinner, and inspiring speakers.
A Night of Purpose and Impact

This evening is more than just a celebration of jazz and style; it is a commitment to the belief that everyone deserves access to safe, high-quality, and affordable healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. All proceeds from the gala directly benefit two vital initiatives:

The Dr. Harvey Sloane Patient Assistance Fund: Provides immediate financial relief for patients facing economic hardships, covering everything from life-saving treatments to prescription costs.

The Mackenzie Scott Endowment: Ensures long-term stability for community programs, including expanded dental services, behavioral health treatments, and our upcoming Farmer’s Market “Food Is Medicine” program.

Your attendance at the 2026 Legacy Gala will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
This event benefits our Dr. Harvey Sloane Patient Assistance Fund that aids our patients who cannot afford their medications and specialized dental services at all 6 locations in Kentucky.
Although our low-income patients are eligible for sliding fee scale discounted services based on income and family size, sometimes the very nominal fees charged for medications can prove to be a barrier to care. More than 70% of our patients have two or more chronic diseases, patients with more than one medication may “pick and choose” which medication to fill based on what they can afford at the time. To avoid this unsafe habit, this fund was established.
With your sponsorship/donation, patients will continue to receive high quality health care services in our underserved communities regardless of their ability to pay.
