Sloane Patient Assistance Fund. This event will take place on Saturday, August 19th at the Muhammad Ali Center starting at 6pm. Dr. Jett and the staff of PDCHC couldn’t be more excited to have you attend this event.

“I am writing you to ask for your support in a sponsorship of our Inaugural Fundraiser Gala to benefit the Dr. Harvey I. Sloane Patient Assistant Fund. This fund was established to assist patients who cannot afford to pay for medication and dental services,” Dr. Jett states.
What Is The Dr. Harvey I. Sloane Patient Assistance Fund?
“Dr. Harvey Sloane identified a need for medical care in the severely underserved West End of Louisville. Dr. Sloane became the center’s first CEO in 1968. Dr. Sloane went on to become Mayor of Louisville, serving 2 terms from 1973-1977 and 1982-1986. I hope you find this cause to be one you can support,” Dr. Swannie Jett.
