WIC Eligibility
WIC is available to:
- Low-income mothers (pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum)
- Infants and children up to age 5

Application Process
To apply for WIC, please follow these steps:
- Schedule a Certification Appointment
- Call our main site Monday-Friday during open hours at 502-774-4401 ext. 1208.
- For Newburg, call on Tuesdays during open hours at 502-479-8930 ext. 4218.
- For Russell, call on Mondays during open hours at 502-584-2992 ext. 5216.
If you want to schedule an appointment at Newburg or Russell on a day they are not open, you can still call the main site to schedule your requested site. During the certification appointment, we will assess your eligibility and needs.
