Park DuValle Farmers Market & Wellness Center is a transformational community investment led by Park DuValle Community Health Centers as part of its Food Is Medicine Initiative.
The center was developed to address food insecurity, improve access to healthy foods, and reduce chronic disease in West Louisville. The facility will serve as a year-round hub for health, nutrition, education, and community engagement.
The project repurposes a long-vacant commercial property and transforms it into a community asset focused on improving health outcomes and quality of life, made possible by the Mackenzie Scott Endowment.
