He is passionate about helping people to improve their mental health and advocate for changes within the community that reduce barriers to care for the patients of Park DuValle Community Health Centers.
“Having community health workers as a part of the team here at Park DuValle is an invaluable resource for all patients and providers. CHW’s help our patients by offering health education services, screenings, improving access to care, setting and monitoring progress towards health goals, increase compliance with care recommendations and much more. Working with the CHW team as a behavioral health provider allows us to help our patients reach their full potential, identify care gaps, and connect them with resources that are essential for their continued well-being. Our CHWs have extensive knowledge of available programs and resources in the community and help patients find the help they need. I know that when a patient is connected to the CHW team here at Park DuValle they are in good hands!”
