Today starts the beginning of the open enrollment period! As of October 15, 2019 you can either change your insurance or enroll in an insurance plan. We know this can be extremely confusing. Beginning in November, Medicaid and Healthcare.gov will begin their enrollment period. Healthcare.gov is open to anyone looking for coverage and does not have as many restrictions as the medicare/medicaid enrollments.
