On the corner of 15th and Broadway, where many people might once remember as Whit’s Liquor, is now a brand new state of the art health center. Formerly known as Park DuValle at CityView and located on W. Chestnut, the Russell Neighborhood Health Center (RNHC) offers more services, with the ability to see even more patients.

Russell Neighborhood Health Center is still part of the Park DuValle Community Health Center family, and is still owned/operated as such. The main PDCHC location, on Wilson Ave. will remain open. PDCHC also has locations on Hikes Lane, and in Taylorsville, Kentucky.

Russell Neighborhood Health Center will offer Adult Medical, Pediatrics, Dental, Women’s Health, and Behavioral Tele-Health services. Park DuValle’s special pharmacy pricing is also available for most medicines written by a RNHC provider, and can be picked up the same or next day. For those without transportation, RNHC can pick you up and take you home from your appointment.

As with all Park DuValle locations, private insurance, medicare, and medicaid are all accepted. Those without insurance are also welcome and will be placed on a sliding fee scale for all services. We see ALL patients, regardless of income.

If you need an appointment, or have any questions regarding Russell Neighborhood Health Center please call 502-584-2992.

Please bring photo ID, any insurance information, and proof of income to your appointment. This is required by the federal government for funding purposes.

If you need transportation services, please let us know when you make your appointment.

Protect yourself against COVID-19 (coronavirus)

Protect yourself against COVID-19 (coronavirus) by covering your nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If you develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as a cough or difficulty breathing, call your primary care provider.

To protect Patients and Staff we are asking:

  • All patients call before walking into the health center
  • Patients 60 years and older accept a telephone visit rather than walking into the health center for an appointment
  • Do NOT bring anyone with you to your appointment unless medically necessary

Do NOT come to the health center within your 14 day isolation/quarantine period
